Congratulations to the “Business and Society” — 9 alumni for completing the seminar!
The seminar occurred from November 30 to December 6 in the snow-covered Carpathians. Business owners and executives, government representatives, and professional associations fostering business development from various cities across Ukraine participated in the dialogues.
Throughout the week, participants discussed the nature of entrepreneurship and governance, the boundaries of responsibility and freedom, principles of justice, modern challenges, the social contract, facets of leadership, and more. A significant focus of the seminar was the impact of the full-scale war on Ukraine’s economic, political, cultural, and social life.
Using texts by contemporary and classical thinkers as a foundation, participants sought answers to timeless questions, reflecting on them through their life experiences and enriching them with unique perspectives. Everyone had the opportunity to share their thoughts and expand their worldview by engaging with the ideas of others.
The Executive Team of Aspen Institute Kyiv sincerely thanks each participant for contributing to the dialogue. Special thanks to the moderators — Sergii Rogol and Yevhen Lemberg — and to the Seminar Program Director at the Aspen Institute Kyiv, Alina Shklyaruk — for organizing this event!
Congratulations to the seminar participants on completing it! We hope the experience was valuable and helped you view leadership from diverse perspectives.
