Sharing Experiences in Overcoming the Most Challenging Obstacles, Aligning Positions, and Building Synergy: the Aspen Institute Kyiv Held a Seminar for Members of CEO Club Ukraine

Sharing experiences in overcoming the most challenging obstacles, aligning positions, and building synergy: from March 1 to 7, the Aspen Institute Kyiv hosted a seminar for members of CEO Club Ukraine.
The event brought together Ukrainian entrepreneurs, CEOs, company owners, representatives of the military, religious leaders, Members of Parliament, and civil society activists.
The Institute’s team developed a special concept for the event as a logical continuation of the “Business and Society” program. This is the fourth seminar organized for CEO Club Ukraine members.
The seminar was conducted in a moderated dialogue format. Each participant had the opportunity to share their views and experiences while also listening to others. Excerpts from classical and contemporary thinkers sparked the discussions.
Particular attention was paid to modern challenges: security, equality, ethics and morality, leadership, international political turbulence, the role of a leader, and their impact on the team. Key issues discussed included doing business during wartime, corruption, and justice. Participants engaged in group work focused on implementing technological changes within organizations, discussed socially essential initiatives, and carried out a creative project.
Sergii Rogol, Head of the ESTET Group and Member of the Supervisory Board of the Aspen Institute Kyiv, and Viacheslav Rudnytskyi, CEO of Savvy, moderated the seminar. Alina Shklyaruk, Seminar Program Director at the Aspen Institute Kyiv, coordinated the event.
Participants actively shared their experiences of overcoming economic challenges and had the opportunity to test their approaches, deepen their understanding of key processes, and align their internal benchmarks. We firmly believe that business is one of the key drivers of Ukrainian society. We therefore wish the participants success in their daily and strategic activities and hope that the new ideas and energy from the seminar will help them along the way.
