Aspen-conversation with Yuliia Svyrydenko: Today’s Challenges and Ukraine’s Economic Development

On March 29, the Aspen Institute Kyiv held an Aspen conversation with Yuliia Svyrydenko, First Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine — Minister of Economy of Ukraine.

Members of the Institute and representatives of the Aspen community, including entrepreneurs from various industries, participated in the event and discussed several topical economic development issues in Ukraine.

One of the critical topics of discussion was the state and perspectives of the Ukrainian economy. The participants actively exchanged views on the economic challenges faced by the country and ways to overcome them. 

Most of the discussion focused on the priority steps to achieve Ukraine’s economic independence, including ways to attract international support and investment.

Yuliya Tychkivska, the Aspen Institute Kyiv Executive Director, moderated the event.
