The Aspen Institute Kyiv invites a Community Manager to join our team

Position Overview:
This position is an opportunity to join a large-scale community of leaders who are driven to improve the world. The Manager will drive the Aspen community, creating an environment where ideas are transformed into action, and horizontal connections are a source of energy and support.

As a Community Manager, you will work with outstanding individuals who have already achieved success in their fields and are committed to building a better society around them. They include civic leaders, entrepreneurs, innovators, artists, and creators. Your mission is to support this unique community, inspire its members, and develop opportunities for them to communicate, share experiences, and work together.
Key tasks:
- Direct communication and organization of work with alums of Aspen Institute Kyiv seminar programs to build the Aspen community
- Organizing meetings with interesting speakers, club seminars, networking, and other events that create opportunities for in-depth dialogues and inspiring interactions
- Organizing the process of developing and implementing the Program for members of the Aspen community in cooperation with the Supervisory Board and the Aspen Institute Kyiv team
- Maintaining the alum database (CRM) and administrating Aspen community member contributions
- Led the organization and execution of the annual Aspen Reunion and the summer gathering for the Aspen Community abroad.
- Highlighting the impact stories of the Community members on various platforms
What we expect from the candidate(s):
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills
- High level of English (Advanced)
- Initiative, stress resistance, and ability to solve non-standard tasks
- Experience with CRM and social media will be an asset.
- Membership in the Aspen community or participation in the Institute’s seminars is an additional advantage but not mandatory.
