Meeting with Victor Musiyaka
On the eve of the Constitution Day of Ukraine, the Aspen-community meeting with one of the authors of the Main Law of the country – Viktor Musiyaka (Honored Lawyer, Professor of the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, scientific adviser on legal issues of the Razumkov Center, People’s Member of Parliament (2nd Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada)) was held.
During the conversation, in the format of moderated dialogue and questions-answers session, we had an opportunity to discuss relevant issues of the constitutional process in Ukraine and recall the history of the Constitution of Ukraine. Particularly important topic was the discussion about the role of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine at the present stage of state formation and legal challenges, in particular, within the framework of judicial reform.
