The Aspen Institute Kyiv invites an expert for the Program “Relief for Ukraine: Support Ecosystem for Ukrainians” to join our team!
Purpose and objectives of the study:
- Assessment of the current state of existing support programs and measures, identification of critical challenges in matching the assistance provided with the population’s needs, and coordination and distribution of such aid.
- Identification and clustering of stakeholders and stakeholder representatives to engage them in a dialogue.
The research will be based on:
- analysis of open data
- reports and publications of international and governmental organizations
- reports and publications of non-governmental and charitable organizations
- a series of interviews with representatives of key stakeholders
Geography of the study:
The study should contain information on the state of livelihood support (including the provision of essential services) on the territory of Ukraine controlled by the Government of Ukraine, including the frontline territories. If such information is available, the study may also include data describing the humanitarian situation in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
Expected results:
A report containing:
- Description of the research methodology
- Description of the main results, in particular:
- identified challenges and potential methods for improvement in the efficiency and quality of assistance provided
- a list of key stakeholders (at least 72 organizations) and their representatives
- a brief executive summary in Ukrainian and English.
- Presentation (in ppt format) reflecting the main results of the study.
