On November 25-29, the 8th Justice, Law and Society Seminar took place, which was attended by 20 leaders of the legal community from different regions of Ukraine.
Based on philosophical, scientific and practical texts, as well as their own professional experience, participants discussed classical and modern views on the concepts of justice, natural and positive law, human rights and freedoms, public good, responsible leadership, and approaches to their application.
To ensure safety during the seminar, all participants underwent PCR testing for COVID-19 before the seminar.
The seminar was coordinated by Olena Fomina, Director of the Justice, Law and Society Program.
The event was held with financial support of OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine.
